By using HEVAGRI, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1Service Overview
HEVAGRI provides:
- Digital farm management tools
- AI-based agricultural insights
- Supplier and shop subscriptions
- Donation and crowdfunding functionality
We do not guarantee farming success, yields, profits, or financial returns.
2Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Have legal capacity under Kenyan law
3User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload false, misleading, or illegal content
- Abuse AI features or manipulate data
- Interfere with platform security
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
4Agricultural Disclaimer
All recommendations, insights, and predictions are:
- Informational only
- Not professional agricultural guarantees
Weather, pests, soil conditions, and markets are uncontrollable.
You assume all farming risks.
5Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding login credentials
- All activity under your account
We are not liable for losses caused by your negligence.
6Payments, Subscriptions & Fees
a. Paid Features
HEVAGRI may offer:
- Supplier/shop monthly subscriptions
- One-time service payments
- Donation and crowdfunding contributions
Prices are displayed before payment.
b. Billing
- Payments are processed by third parties
- You authorize charges applicable to selected services
- Taxes and statutory fees may apply
c. Refund Policy
Unless required by Kenyan law:
- Payments are non-refundable
- Partial usage does not qualify for refunds
7Crowdfunding & DonationsCritical
HEVAGRI acts only as a technology platform.
- We do not guarantee returns
- We do not insure contributions
- We do not act as a financial advisor
- All contributions are made at the user's own risk
Farmers are responsible for their projects. Contributors accept the risk of loss.
8Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, AI models, and content belong to HEVAGRI or its licensors.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.
9User Content & Farm Data
You retain ownership of your content and data.
By using HEVAGRI, you grant us permission to:
- Store and process data
- Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform
We do not sell identifiable farm data.
10Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts:
- For Terms violations
- For legal or security reasons
- Without prior notice if necessary
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- HEVAGRI is not liable for crop loss, financial loss, or failed investments
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
